The Institute of Public Administration, Tallinn University of Technology (public university in Estonia) opens one international Master level program for foreign students from Central and Eastern European countries.
This program's focus is on the context of European integration, technology and innovation policy, and also the development of Central and Eastern European countries. This is an inter-disciplinary program that is comprised of three pillars – development economics, public policies and administration, and technological development – which are dealt with in interrelated way. Some of the topics covered in the curriculum include the peculiarities of CEE countries; e-governance; the administration, role and impact of structural funds on innovation; the impact of public procurement on innovation; economic development and innovation in small states etc.

The curriculum is funded by European Social Fund, which means that there are possibilities to bring most talented international students to study in Tallinn University of Technology.
