Project “Two Languages one book " is the first project that the University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi" is implementing in the framework of the project IPA Cross- border Cooperation Programme. This project is financed by the European Union and is implemented in collaboration with the NGO Prostory from  Podgorica, NGO Camaj-Pipa from Shkodra and Centre for Culture Preservation and Development of Montenegrin Minorities in Podgorica. 

We intend to provide You the insight in modern Montenegrin creation through the weekly information related to literary, musical, dramatic, film, educational and social theories. You will find the information in Montenegrin language concerning artistic, cultural events as well as those from the field of education in Shkodër and Albania.
